Attorney Tony Liker is representing Brenda Stokes
in the murder case of the poor little ten year girl who was murdered. It took the police less than about ten days for the police to push the DA's office into filing murder charges against Brenda Stokes immediately. Mr. Liker believes that the police rushed to judgment in this case.This happened despite the the fact that there were other suspects in the case. One of the early suspects in the case has an extensive criminal history.

attorney fees to aid in the defense of Brenda including determining the exact
extent and nature of all of the suspects criminal history and whereabouts.
One male suspect, it is suspected, has domestic violence, burglary, robbery, heroine and assault with a knife arrests in the past. Mr. Liker believes that Brenda is not guilty of the murder. Mr. Liker had Brenda's daughter as an accident case in the past, and has known
Brenda for years. Mr. Liker does not believe that she could have killed this poor little girl. Many other people including her friends and family believe the same. Brenda raised 3 beautiful children who all went to four year colleges or graduated from college. She is 50 years old.
DNA evidence on the car door alleged to be involved had a sample of blood that
the police could not be tested per the DA. Mr. Liker contends this was the
blood of someone other than Brenda. This car was not Brenda's car. Also and secondly, besides the untested blood of someone on the car door, there is a blood swab of
the steering wheel which had a mixture of blood of only two people .
One was the blood of the victim and the other was a man. Brenda is not a man; she is a female. This evidence should exonerate Brenda but despite this overwhelming evidence, the police and DA are still prosecuting this case for reasons that are explained below.
(The police DNA test said that basically that although there was
indications of a male contributor below the interpretation point, sufficient
data was not obtained for comparison). This blood sample needs to be tested by
an independent lab to find out which male's blood it is. The main suspect on
child murders are not females and male batters are high on the profile list for
child murderers. In addition, women without criminal histories are not
normally child murderers as well.
Brenda saw her own father beat her mother as she grew up in the South.
In fact, when she was 16 years old, she saw her father break her mother's nose
on Christmas Day. Statistics show that women who see there mother beaten end up
up with men who are women beaters 80 percent of the time. Brenda was a victim
of domestic violence throughout her adult years in several relationships.
Brenda states that she was in an abusive relationship with one of the male
suspects in this case in the past and that she did not report many of the
beatings. She states that he choked her out one time and did not report
it. None reporting is the norm in alot of domestic violence cases. On New
Year's eve 2011, one male suspect attacked her and she complained to the

to 30 percent of women have suffered domestic violence in America, and that
domestic violence is the number one cause of death and injury to women in
this country. Mr. Liker asks that you prayfully consider donating any sum

hundreds of employees and attorneys. The DA has the resources to hire any
and all experts. The Justice Court Judge has stated that Nevada law only allows $500 for experts in her court. This is not fair when the DA and police can spend
